No long-term contracts required. We earn your business month to month. Most of our customers have been with us for years because of the service, not paperwork.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installs are completed in a single day. The timeframe depends on the size of your home and number of devices. We give you a realistic estimate before we start.
What happens when my alarm goes off?
Your system sends a signal to our UL-listed monitoring partner. A live agent contacts you to verify the alarm. If they can’t reach you, or you confirm an emergency, they dispatch the appropriate authorities immediately.
Can you service a system you didn't install?
In most cases, yes. We’ve taken over service and monitoring from other companies for many customers. Give us a call and we’ll let you know what’s involved for your specific system.
