For monitoring communication, panels can fall back to cellular if your internet is down, which matters in mountain areas where bad weather can cut both at once. If your property has spotty connectivity, we factor that in during the site survey and make sure the communication path we choose actually works at your address.
Yes. Through the Alarm.com app, you can arm and disarm your system, view live and recorded camera footage, and get alerts from wherever you are.
