  • How much does a home security system cost in Gainesville, GA?

    Every home is different, so we do not quote prices without seeing your property first. The cost depends on the size of your home, the number of entry points, and which features you want.   • Do I need professional installation or can I do it myself?

    We only offer professional installation. Our team handles everything from running wire to programming your system to walking you through how to use it. A DIY kit from a big box store might cost less upfront, but if something goes wrong at 2am, you are on your own. We pick up the phone.

  • Will my security system still work if the power goes out?

    Yes. Every system we install includes battery backup so your alarm continues to function and your monitoring stays active during a power outage. We install a minimum of two batteries, and fire-equipped systems are required by NFPA 72 to maintain 24 hours of backup.

  • Do I own the equipment after installation?

    Yes. The equipment we install in your home is yours from day one. We do not lease hardware or lock you into equipment contracts. Your monitoring plan is a separate ongoing service, but the hardware belongs to you.

  • Can I add cameras or other devices to my system later?

    Yes. We design systems that can grow with your needs. If you want to add security cameras, smoke detectors, or other devices down the road, we can integrate them into your existing system without starting over.

  • How do I know my security system is actually working?

    We offer weekly automatic dialer tests to the monitoring center so you always have confirmation your system is communicating correctly. Your keypad will also alert you locally if there is a phone line or communication issue.
