Most commercial break-ins happen after hours when no one is there to respond. Without a reliable alarm system, you find out about it the next morning after the damage is done. A professionally installed security system means that when something triggers, the right people are notified immediately before the situation gets worse.
What's Included
Six core features specified and installed to match your building, your hours, and your risk points. Not a default package.
Motion sensors, door and window contacts, and glass break detectors installed and configured for your specific building layout. Every sensor is placed with purpose based on your actual risk points, not from a standard template.
Arm, disarm, and check your system from a touchscreen keypad or the Alarm.com mobile app. Set custom schedules, receive real-time alerts, and manage system access from anywhere you have a signal.
Passive infrared motion sensors positioned to cover entrances, hallways, and high-risk areas. We configure sensitivity to minimize false alarms while making sure the things that matter get detected.
Whether you are starting from scratch or replacing an outdated system that is giving you trouble, we design around your building layout, your operating hours, and your specific risk profile.
A glass break sensor detects the sound signature of breaking glass and triggers your alarm before an intruder has fully entered the building. Useful for storefronts, showrooms, and any commercial space with large window areas or glass doors.
Hardwired or wireless panic buttons placed at service counters, manager desks, or back-office areas give staff a way to trigger a silent alarm immediately without alerting anyone on the floor. Monitoring dispatches without any visible indication the alarm has been activated.

Why Lint Security
Large national companies win on price. We win on everything that happens after the install. If your system goes off at 2 a.m. on a Sunday, you're not calling a call center. You're calling us, here in Gainesville.

See all FAQsMost commercial installations are completed in one to two days depending on building size and the number of devices. We schedule around your operations and walk you through what to expect before we start.
In most cases, no. Our technicians work around your staff and customers. If any part of the installation requires temporary access to a restricted area, we coordinate that with you in advance so there are no surprises.
If your system is connected to professional monitoring, the monitoring center receives the alert immediately, identifies the event, and dispatches the appropriate authorities. Law enforcement, fire, or medical response is sent based on the event type, and you receive a notification at the same time. Visit our commercial security monitoring page for details on how monitoring works.
Yes. Our systems are designed to grow with your business. When you are ready to add camera coverage or access control, we integrate both into your existing setup without starting from scratch.
Commercial security system installations do not require an installation permit. The exception is commercial fire alarm work, which does require a permit under Georgia code. If your project includes a commercial fire system, we manage the permit process as part of the installation so you do not have to handle it separately.
